Yes. The Terms & Conditions are part of the account creation process. You review and tick the acceptance box before your account is live. If you do not accept, your registration cannot complete. You can always read the full terms again from your Account > Settings > Legal menu.

No. Once you accept and create your account, the terms in effect at that moment bind your account. If we update the terms in the future, we'll notify you by email 30 days before the change takes effect. You can then accept the new version or close your account before the update.

Multi-accounting violates our terms. If detected, both accounts are suspended and funds may be forfeited under the terms' prohibited-conduct clause. We verify identity at withdrawal, so duplicate accounts are caught during the payout process. A support ticket can let you appeal.

Our terms require withdrawals to the original payment method used for deposit. So a DANA deposit must withdraw back to DANA. This protects your account from fraud. If you need a different withdrawal method, contact support; exceptions depend on local law and KYC verification.

After account closure, we retain your personal and financial records for 7 years under Indonesia law requirements. Session data and game history are archived privately. You can request a data export within 30 days of closure, and we'll email it to your registered address.
