How to Contact Us About Your Privacy

If you have questions about how we use your data, want to request a copy of your information, or need to update your account details, our support team is available every day. Players in Makassar, Jakarta and across Indonesia can reach us by email, live chat or phone. We respond to privacy requests within five business days and keep a record of every contact for your protection.

How We Protect What You Share

Every deposit you make via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS is encrypted end-to-end so no one can intercept it.

Data Encryption

All personal data and payment details are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher during storage and transit.

Your password is hashed one-way so even we cannot see it. Change it anytime from Settings > Security.

Common Privacy Questions

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security and select Download My Data. We'll send you a file with your name, email, phone, address, deposit and withdrawal history, login records and device information within 5 business days.

We hold your data for 7 years after account closure for tax, anti-fraud and legal compliance where required by local law. You may request early deletion by emailing [email protected], but we may need to retain some records for regulatory reasons.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS providers), tax authorities and law enforcement where local law permits or requires it. Your details are never given to marketing partners or data brokers.

In the unlikely event of unauthorized access, we notify affected players within 24 hours via the email on file and issue a public notice on our site. We also inform the relevant data protection authority. We offer 12 months of free credit monitoring for any player affected.

Cookies store your login session and help us remember your username so you don't have to sign in every time. They expire when you close your browser. We do not use third-party tracking for advertising. Disable cookies in your browser settings anytime; you'll just need to log in manually each visit.

You can change your email and phone in Settings > Account Details anytime. Name and date of birth are fixed to comply with identity verification rules, but email our support team if you need to correct an error in those fields.

lgosultan accounts are for adults only, where local law permits. If we discover a child's data in an account, we delete it and close the account immediately. Parents or guardians who believe a child's information is in our system can contact [email protected] to request removal.
